StemoniX makes human microOrgans from skin or blood for the purposes of drug discovery. Our secret sauce is the combination of world-class stem cell biology from UC combined with nano and micro manufacturing techniques from the semi-conductor industry and medical device. We were founded in 2014 where we deployed lean startup techniques to build a solid business model canvas. In May of 2016, we were brought into J&J's incubator JLABS. After a year of development, J&J became a repeat customer. In Q2 of 2017, we came out of stealth mode and began selling to the world. In the past 6 months, we've added over half of the top 20 pharma companies in the world, the US Army and top academic/research organizations. Recently, we've added Mayo Clinic as a licensing partner for disease lines for the purposes of making disease models for drug screening.

Primary Industry Sector: Medical Therapeutics
Funding Status: Series B
