Onēva, Inc.

Oneva is an NMSDC Minority certified Oakland based start-up that has developed a patented, award winning, innovative platform that busy professionals use to view, book and pay for FBI background caregivers (infant to elder care, housecleaning, pet care, massage, etc), all provided as an employer provided benefit. We are in production and collecting revenue with Microsoft. Developed collaboratively with Fred Thiele, GM Benefits Microsoft since 2014, the Oneva platform uniquely complies with enterprise network security, privacy and accessibility standards, ensures its service workers comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and sets wage floors its workers earn living wages. We just won Disrupt SF Runner Up 9/20/17 for best technical innovation in the world. Now that the tech in prod, Microsoft is leading us to sign 3 more formal pilots . We are waiting to learn our service start date from Oracle. Apple and Intel are exploring our final two pilot positions. Demand is high for this certified minority supplier as ever dollar spent on the Onēva platform counts as minority spending and improves the company's bottom line. As the 11th or so black female to raise $1M, i speak on stages commanding up to 10,000 sharing my story: Now, at age 55, is the best time ever to be a black female entrepreneur!
